This week I am very excited to have Sarah from LaRue BoweRs Photography guest posting once again. What makes this week even more exciting is that, while in Florida, she had the chance to check out an amazing place for readers and coffee lovers: The Library Coffeehouse. Although, I’ve never been there, I know this place is amazing because it’s run by two incredible women, Marie and Dawn. I suppose this is a good time to tell you that Marie is my aunt, which is why I’m glad that Sarah is the one writing about the coffeehouse!
The Library Coffeehouse was a 2011 GOLD winner Best of South Tampa by the South Tampa News. They are located at 3201 South Dale Mabry Highway Tampa, FL 33629, so stop by or call 813-837-5282 (JAVA).
During my visit, I tried their amazing Library Griller – a veggie burger served on a super soft bun with fresh, crispy lettuce, red onion, and tomato and a side of seasonal fruit. It was simply delicious (so much so that I have been trying to replicate the flavor at home with no success). I enjoyed the meal with an iced coffee and the sound of a group of local authors chatting in background. After my lunch, I just had to try more so I asked Marie for a suggestion. She offered me a delicious latte that had honey and a secret ingredient that I will let HER tell you about when you visit. =)
Overall, The Library Coffeehouse is a book lover and a coffee lover’s dream. The only complaint I have is that it is too far from my house in Massachusetts 🙂
